Refund policy
We operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will of course receive a refund. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are shampoo, lipstick and other cosmetics whose seal has been broken after delivery. For health protection reasons, these products are not suitable for return once the seal is broken—unless you have unpacked or used the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case, you are liable for any depreciation in value. How far may you go to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning? The guideline is that you may handle and inspect the product only as you would in a physical store. We cannot accept a return if it arrives damaged, is sent without the original packaging, has been used, or has been opened so that the seal is broken.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically within ten business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
